Lantern Festival

Today is the last day of Chinese New Year...Time is flying...Unfortunately, I could not go back to KL and celebrate with my family as the time crashed with my mid-term test...

I did enjoy celebrating with my friends in university...Approximately 10.30pm, we gathered at Cheryl's house and started to gamble....As time passed, almost everyone came...We played firecrackers in front of Cheryl's house that brought by CK and William...

We did a lot of silly testing on 3 different types of firecrackers....

1. After we light up the firecracker, it covered by the dustbin before it "boom"...It was quite interesting...When we removed the dustbin away, all the smokes came out...

2. We put the firecracker into the covered drain after set the fire on it...This type of firecracker was so powerful until the mud sprinkled out...!!

I did not know which "bloody hell fucker" reported to the security guards about this matter...The guard was patrolling around and came in front of the house...Luckily we did not set fire to firecrackers on that time and........

the guard just said : Hey ! and rode off...

Mid-term test

The 2 mid-term tests are officially ended...I have a good sleep last night after i did my revision until 12am...I was energetic early in the morning and got ready for the war !!

I reached campus approximately 7.20am and had a final revision on the lecture slides before the first paper started at 8am...I found that some questions are tricky and I did not know how to solve it, but overall the paper was ok...

I have to prepare for the next paper that will be held at 3pm sharp...I did quite well for this particular subject and not much to comment about it...

Stresses were released, but another 2 tests will be approaching me on Tuesday and Wednesday !! God bless me...

Vomit

After I had my lunch about 1 hour, I felt like vomiting as the food cannot be digested and still stuck in my esophagus...I ran immediately into the toilet and vomited into the toilet bowl...

After I flushed, I went out and continued to do my revision...I can felt that I have not vomit all out and vomited for the second time...

I felt better as all the food was vomited out...really suffering~~!!

On the track

We are on the track after we approached the tutor for consultation...We cleared our doubts and roughly know where the direction is...

After my tutorials ended, I have a nice nap before I started my engine to type the Methodology and Results Of Findings of the article...

A lot of ideas was flowing into my mind and I could manage to complete it in approximately 1 hour...A discussion with group members will be held at night...

So, we continued to do the parts that have yet settled...I did Literature Review on the spot after read through the article again and started to type while Sam and Rui Ying was doing Conclusion and Recommendation...

The draft will be sent to tutor by tomorrow to skim through it and we will prepare a final draft if there are necessary corrections to deal with and eventually hand-in the final report...

We finished everything at 10.30pm and headed out to Station R to"yum cha"....

Attendance : AY, CL, SY, TC, CW, KS, MK and me...

Lack of time

The stress is hitting me like waves...I felt it when we faced difficulties to interpret the meanings of the requirements needed for the assignments...

The discussion was held for 3 hours and we just able to complete a quarter of it without any consideration whether it was right or wrong....

We have no choice to dismiss because it was really lack of ideas...

Stress !!..I can do it...=)

Back to campus

After a week of CNY holidays, I felt like totally not on the track of academic progression....I did not touch a single page of notes during the whole week...

In the lecture hall, there were no concentration on the lecture slides and what had the lecturer taught me...Furthermore, the feeling of nervous did not appear in my mind as assignments are going to due and mid-term will be held on Saturday...

Back to Kampar

My 1 week ++ CNY is officially ended...After I woke up in the morning, I have my breakfast with family...As Syabas "cut" the water supply, daddy bought "Yong Tau Fu" for lunch...

To avoid traffic congestion, we started our journey at 12pm and arrived at about 2pm...Initially, my dad will be fetching us...As there were "customers" in my house, LC's sister fetched us in the end...

Back to the cage and it will be a busy week as assignments is going to due and mid-term is just round the corner...

Last mamak gathering

I received a call from JY that her car broke down halfway...Luckily she managed to drive until the CALTEX petrol station that nearby my house...So, my dad and I drove out to help her to change the tyre....

Approximately 5pm, I planned to go DPC Coffee Bean to online...When the time I started my car engine, I heard some sound from the engine when I turned on the aircond...To prevent something bad to happen, I off the car engine and cancelled my plan...

I told my brother-in-law about this matter and he drove off the car and "go in DIY factory"....

When the time reached approximately 9pm, KL called me whether want to go mamak or not and eventually there were 4 of us went and spent the time there until "tutup kedai"...

"Lou Sang" at YB's house

When the time I was online-ing at Coffee Bean, Desa Park City, I received a call from KL to go to YB's house to "lou sang"...

He told me to go Sri Corner, a mamak restaurant to wait from them as they were having dinner nearby...So, I drove off from DPC to meet them...

I went to the wrong taman as I misremembered the location of the mamak...I couldn't find it out... KL called me for second time and finally I recalled back where was the mamak located...LMAO !!

When the time I drove to CY's house, I told the security guard that I need to pick my friend up only...He requested to get my license to do recording...I was like WTF !! damn zzz...

We "lou sang" when the time we reached YB's house...His mum gave 5 of us a RM10 angpau each !! Every year also the same amount...:D too kind...thx alot...

We drank beers and gambled there until 12.30am...BB

Sky of Melbourne

Since I've nothing to do in the morning, I suggested to go 1U with my mum to watch movie...So, we left home at approximately 10am...The traffic at LDP was not conjested...

As it was still early, the car park was empty and I can find a nice parking there...It has been a long time I can find a parking so easily and parked at the most "feng shui" place..LoL !!

The cinema was started to get crowded and the queue was long...I waited about 25 minutes to get the 2 movie tickets....Fortunately, we entered the movie hall straight after I purchased the tickets because the movie will begin at 11am...

Boring day

It was a boring day for me....really got nothing to do, just think of I will be going back to Kampar on Sunday...It will be a busy week from next week onwards as my assignment is going to due...

I just left 1 week+ to complete 2 assignments....Furthermore, mid terms is just round the corner and I yet to prepare anything and it's going to kill me !! LoL...Hopefully I can able to cope with it...

BB Gotong Raya

We woke up approximately 11 am and started to pack everything as we have to check out at 12pm…

We have our lunch at Island Café before going back to home....The food was sucks and it was extremely bad !!

I slept immediately when I reached home and woke up at 6pm…The rain was falling heavily outside when the time my mum woke me up to have dinner…

Trip

6 of us (CS, KL, CY, SJ, Leslie) went to Gotong Raya (near Genting Highlands) for a 2 days 1 night trip…The main purpose we organized this trip is to so called “expose to nature”…haha !!

Approximately 11am, we drove off to 1U first to buy some foods and drinks…

Initially, we planned to watch a movie before headed to the apartment near Gotong Raya to have our steamboat for dinner…The queue was so long and it consumed plenty of time to buy tickets…

We cancelled the plan and just shopping around…We went to Wong Kok restaurant to have our “high tea”..I didn’t order any drinks as I have just drank a glass of Starbucks ice-blended Chocalate…

We couldn’t find Heineken beer at 1U and eventually we were able to bought it from Metro Prima Jusco…!!

Here we go !! we started the car engine to the destination..It took about 40 minutes to reach there…

The place has nice scenery as we can see the view of Genting Highland from there..We walked around before we start to Steamboat…:D

Gambling is a must for us !! We played poker and black jack until 5am in the morning….Beers have accompanied us for a whole night !! :D

Initially, I won about RM10 and at the end…I lose RM46…WTF…Super bad luck, but most important I enjoyed the process although I felt “heart-pain”….

Today is the second day of CNY, we went back to mother’s side to celebrate the festival…I met grandma, uncle, auntie and my cousins…

Auntie cooked a lot of delicious dishes and I enjoyed the meal…

Bye my friend

The moment has come…I got myself ready and drove to Houzhi’s house as we will go to the airport to send him off….

We drove off at approximately 6pm and arrived KLIA at precisely 7pm…We have a short photography session before he went into departures…

Good luck my best friend…Have a safe journey and study smart…

First day of CNY

Today is the first day of Chinese New Year…For me, it’s nothing special about, it’s just a normal day…

As my grandma living with me, we cant go anywhere as all relatives will come my house for reunion…

After lunch, I left my relatives with my parents…Then, I headed to Eujuin house to meet him up before his flight departs in the evening to Melbourne…

I greeted uncle as he welcomed me into the house…Then I also greeted to all his relatives and finally I went upstairs to his bedroom as he was still busy packing his stuffs…

I received 2 angpau from his mummy and his auntie..

I headed back to home at about 4pm as I need to get prepared to send him off later….

Reunion dinner for CNY

Today is the last day of the year 2009 in the Chinese Lunar Calender...According to the Chinese tradition, this is a day that the whole family must gather together to have a wonderful dinner before the first day of Chinese New Year approaches...

After dinner, I met Eujuin and Houzhi at Old town TBM again for gathering....We spent our time there for about 2 hours too...

Farewell for Rachel

My high school classmate, Rachel is going to fly off to Australia to continue her studies on 14th February...So, CS organized a farewell dinner at TGIF, The Curve...

Initially, we planned to have the dinner at The Apartment..Once we scanned through the menu, I can't even point a set of food which suited our taste...

Therefore, we made an alternative decision to have it at TGIF....We just walked off from Apartment restaurant and headed to TGIF...

Unfortunately, TGIF was crowded by people and there were no enough seats for approximately 15 of us...So, we waited at the entrance while the waiters set up tables for us...

We enjoyed the meal and we have a photography session before we left...We continued for the next round to Island cafe to "blow water" and we ordered a bucket of Kampai...We headed back to home at about 1am in the morning....

TBM Old Town

When the day I headed back to Kampar for semester 3 to start on 18th January 2010, the building was still under construction...Today is 10th February, Old town is on business operation...

I met Eujuin and Leon for lunch at there before Eujuin fly to Melbourne to further his studies...We chit-chatted there for about 2 hours before we headed back to home...

Ready back to KL

Chinese New Year is just round the corner...I'm going back to KL tonight and wait for CNY to approach me...

After I've packed all my stuffs, I got ready to wait for uncle to fetch us to go KTM station at 9.30pm as my train will be boarding at 10.30pm....

The train was arriving on time and everything went smooth...We arrived at KL at 12.15am...

Tiring day !!

Last gathering

Last gathering is held before all of us heading back to hometown to celebrate CNY....We gambled together and enjoyed the last night in Kampar...

There were approximately 10 of us...We played gamble until 1am in the morning and went to mamak for the last time before say BB to Kampar...

It was freaking exhausted after I was back to hostel...I slept at about 2.30am but unfortunately the tutorials will be started on 8am in the morning...

I was able to wake up and attended the tutorials but I was lack of energy and felt sleepy during tutorials being conducted....

Westlake in dark

It was 12am, I've done my tutorials and revision...So, I updated my Twitter before I went to bed...When the time I was ready to shut down my laptop.......

"Pop"...no electricity supply...The whole Westlake was in dark until I cant see my own fingers... All of the students who are staying in Westlake "came out" for a night walk with torchlights...

MK-1 was gathered in 1317 to have a small gathering since everyone couldn't get in sleep although felt sleepy...We played poker cards and chit-chatting with each others...

When the time I cycled back to hostel as I already felt very exhausted, the electricity supply recovered...Cheers...Finally can sleep...

Gamble again !

As a few of us had addicted to black jack, CK organized it again after dinner...Today, the number of MK-1 members increased to 11...Lol...really full of "king" and "queen" of gamble...

Initially, the illegal casino was set up in my hostel as KS was discussing assignment with his group members...He will join us after they dismissed...

How efficient was KS...LoL?

The first call to CK : I'm still discussing assignment, call you when I'm done...

When we were going to start in my hostel, a phone call rang !!

Within one minute, KS called again..LMAO !!

KS : I'm done..can come to my hostelto gamble now !

CK : Let's go !

Finally, the game started !!

Attendance : CK, William, Meiling, Pik Kuan, Weini, Khen, Jeff, MK, KS, Sim Yee and me...

Boss was there but he didn't join us but he became the "Along" to supply money to losers !

Gamble

After we headed back to hostel, Jeff msn and asked whether want to gamble or not? Then, a few of them were gathered in my hostel and the game started @CK @Jeff @KS @MK @Weini...

We played until approximately 12.30am and we moved to KS's house to continue the game !! Then, William and YK joined us after Weini headed back to hostel...The game continued and it took about an hour before we dismissed...

KS and MK won a lot...

Initially, we started to play poker first and the amount was too big...Then, we changed to play black jack after 3 games of poker...

KS, MK and me "sapu" one game of poker....I won one game as I've KKK in my hand even though Jeff had AA...:D

KS was full of luck because he got black jack frequently and got AA somemore...I also got AA once...Haha...damn funny la...:D

Old town @Kampar

As we knew that a basketball match will be held @Oldtown @Kampar (UTAR vs Selangor), a few of us decided to go to watch the match...Before we left at approximately 6pm, the rain was falling heavily and we were forced to delay the time...

Eventually the rain has stopped...Boon Ping drove to Westlake and fetched a few of us @YH @Rico @KS @Jeff @MK while William was fetching @Meiling @Weini @CK...

We had KFC for dinner and we rushed to the basketball court as the match was already started...Eventually UTAR won the game !!

Lunch with LK

As LK came from Tanjung Malim to Kampar, we met each other and have lunch together...Initially we planned to go Old town to eat "Dong Bo Rou" but it was closed...

Then we chose an alternative choice to have mixed rice just opposite the restaurant of "Dong Bo Rou"...Sigh~~!!

LoL Ying Hao

I just recalled back what had happened on Tuesday during English lecture...As the lecture hall was freaking warm when the class just begun as the aircond was not functioning.

Eventually the lecture hall became cooling...The lecturer started to teach...Really long-winded !!

Ying Hao fell asleep in the lecture hall by holding his handphone in hand...

Suddenly, he got frightened by himself as the pencil case nearly to drop on the floor...He was awaken...Lol !! We laughed on him because his face expression was damn funny...

Midnight ghost

As the weather was freaking warm...It was hard to get a nice sleep at night although the time was 3am in the morning...

Approximately 3.30am, I was awaken by Spider as he woke up in the morning to take a shower...I asked a silly and stupid question as I do not know what was the exact time...

Me : Why you take shower? 7am already, need to prepare go campus?

Spider : No la, it was freaking warm and I couldn't sleep...

Me : oo !!

haha..it was so funny !

Tiring day

2 lectures and 2 tutorials in a day makes me feel tired although the class started at 12pm...The main factor is due to sleep too late at night...

Honestly to say that I already adapted to the time since I came to Kampar... The sleeping mode only will come after 12am...

Sigh~~!!

Brand new month is started and the first day of week 3 is beginning...

In the morning, Spider was sick and he went back to hostel after attended an hour lecture...He was suffering flu and sore throat...

He felt better at night and everything was ok and fine...
