Mersing beach part 2

It was ebb tide when we reached the beach ...We were so excited because finally we have another opportunity to play kite as the sea wind was blowing strongly...(2nd time kite-playing after the kite hung on the tree at Air Papan beach)...

We tied up the kite n i took a picture with it before we started to play it..LoL~~!! Eventually , bad luck "visited" again , the kite once again hung on the coconut tree...LMAO (sea wind too strong)...

We have thrown alot of small coconut husks to "rescue" the kite...but eventually we failed....sigh~~!!

Lastly , we decided to pull it down by its string...Unfortunately , the string was broken~~Goodbye to our second kite...RM6 "evaporated" again~~LoL ^^

As we have nothing to do...i decided to run-and-jump to make some fun...

We took a walk along the seashore n we reached the end of it ...The sky was getting darker and darker because it was going to rain soon~~

It started to rain , we ran quickly n squeezed into the car n drove off ...it was raining cats and dogs while on the way to the Western Restaurant...Unfortunately , the restaurant was not up to operation hours yet , so we waited approximately 20 minutes in the car~~!!

The food was quite delicious and the proprietress served us with full of kindness n politeness...

We took a picture at the entrance before we left the restaurant...

This restaurant is being operated by a couple of Swiss (approximately 50++years old) who already migrated to Mersing as permanant resident(PR) for almost 12 years ..

It was the last day of our trip in Mersing...We took a few pictures with friends before we drove off to Malacca for the last destination of our trip...

While we were playing with the puppies , we did not know there was a monkey up above the tree ....When the monkey heard the crying sounds of the puppies , it stared at us n shouted
"khakzz" ...seems like it thought of the puppies were being bullied by few of us ...

Look at the monkey , it's staring at all of us...do u know monkey will protect puppies~~??Yes , is true~~!! Our camera man once again never missed out the opportunity to capture the monkey...first of all we scared that the monkey will jump down but eventually it did not...

It was 2 days before i started my journey to go for sight-seeing in Mersing(19th December 2008)... Liang Kok took a ride long way down to KL just to bring us back to his hometown for our vacation ( our final examination ended on 4th December 2008 , he went back Mersing on 5th ).....

As he came earlier on 18th December 2008 , he stayed at my home temporary for 3 days...I decided to take a ride to Mid Valley with him cuz he has not been there before since he came to KL to continue his studies...

According to the chinese lunar calender , dragon is placed in the 5th among the 12 chinese zodiacs...We will be celebrating dragon year on 2012..

the 12 chinese zodiacs , according to it sequence : rat , ox , tiger , rabbit , dragon , snake , horse , goat , monkey , rooster , dog , pig...current year 2009 ( ox ) ...

Basically , 12 years are needed for the completion of 1 round..then it will continue repeatedly according to the sequence starting from the 13th year (rat again)...

This is called fernleaf hedge bamboo ("Guanyin zhu")....which is used to prevent possession (devil spirit entered the body of a human being)...This bamboo is used by the Goddess of Mercy

National Marathon..Titiwangsa lake

This is Eye On Malaysia ( KL ) which located at the Titiwangsa lake...Unfortunately , it already shifted to Malacca...The marathon starting point just on the right-hand-side of the lake~~!!

the traffic polices were patrolling around Titiwangsa lake by riding horses..
