Conducted the seminar from 9am to 5pm...

Really worth to spend RM25 for this seminar... Even though the duration was 8 hours long, but I never fell asleep as the talker was making the seminar so interesting... Appreciate a lot !!

A heavy rain stroke Kampar town about 1.5 hours ago... At the same time, lightning and thunder is rolling non stop and the loudness of it was frightening me and I got shocked when I was taken my nap...

After a "summer" season from few weeks ago, "winter" season finally approaches Malaysia... The cooling weather makes people can sleep well at night...!! Hope the rainy season will be continued day after days....

Above are some pictures snapped during Wednesday at campus in the morning after a rainy morning... The scenery is so nice and I captured it... Enjoy the views of my campus...

不再执着，释怀，能做到吗？

常常在问自己，为何把自己绑得紧紧，让自己喘不过起来，甚至感觉到窒息！也许真的是自己想太多，做无谓的猜测！好像搞到你猜我，我猜你，这又何苦呢？

领悟到了两个人是真的没有所谓的五五分账，付出多的哪一方好像比较吃亏，因为会常常在想，付出的好像没有回报，加上不断地猜测对方，还会胡思乱想，这究竟是什么一回事！

一些常常在脑海里盘旋的问题，连自己都找不到答案，但自己却苦苦相逼自己，非要那答案不可！也许不要这么执着，看开一点，学会放下，放过自己，不要再去猜别人，会好过一点！

问题是，自己真的可以做到吗？好像是在逼自己就范，非这么做不可！就当做是考验吧！因为无论怎么样，还是要活下去。俗语说：人求生，不求死！怎样都要撑过去。明天会更好。=）

不能衡量，领悟，接受，看开

最近领悟了一个道理，爱情是不能被衡量的。在这个世界上，我觉得应该没有 50 50 的对比，怎样都是一方付出比较多，另一方比较少。到底这个分账方式是完全正确吗？还是真的有 50 50 的方程式？

在我的个人角度，若这件事真的发生了，只好接受，因为我反问自己：爱不爱她？喜不喜欢她？ 但是另一方面，自己的心又会隐隐作痛，因为不可以装作不知道 ！

我真的不知道该怎么选择？开始又不是，结束又不是，吊在一半又不是？？顺其自然吧 ！！船到桥头自然直。

Korean F1 GP

Yeongam circuit is a totally new circuit in F1 Grand Prix (season 2010)... The race is just finished 30 minutes ago under a heavy rain that attacked the circuit...

The top 3 position standings are Fernando Alonso, Lewis Hamilton and Felipe Massa... Currently, Alonso is standing top in the driver championship with 231 points, followed by Mark Webber (220), Lewis Hamilton (210), Sebastian Vettel (206) and Jenson Button (189)...

The 5 drivers are still fighting for the World Championship title for season 2010... It just left 2 Grand Prix to go before the season ends... The last 2 races will determine who will be crowned as World Champion...

Let's wait and see !! Fantastic season !!

Steamboat

MK TG-1 decided to eat steamboat for tonight's dinner... Approximately 9.30am in the morning, I fetched Mei Ling to old town wet market to buy all the stuffs for steamboat by riding Jeff's motorcycle...

We had our breakfast (glutinous rice/sticky rice) before entering the wet market... After we bought vegetables, we headed to cold store to buy hotdogs, fish balls and etc...

About 6pm, we started to do preparation for the dinner... Vegetables and meats were cut in pieces and got ready the boiled soup before eating... It cost about RM90+ for it...

But most important thing, we were enjoying =)
